本政策说明 MUNO 应用（以下简称「本应用」或「我们」）在你使用本应用时如何收集、使用、存储、传输与保护你的个人信息。请在使用前仔细阅读。
This policy explains how the MUNO app ("the App", "we") collects, uses, stores, transfers, and protects your information.
本应用由独立开发者（个人开发者）运营，并作为你个人数据的数据控制者。联系方式：502966120@qq.com。如你位于欧盟/英国，可直接通过该邮箱与我们联系行使本政策所述权利；我们目前未在欧盟/英国指定法定代表（GDPR 第 27 条）。
The App is operated by its independent developer (sole developer), who acts as the data controller for your personal data. Contact: 502966120@qq.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you may contact us at this address to exercise the rights described in this policy; we have not appointed a statutory representative in the EU/UK (GDPR Article 27).
本应用数据存储于美国硅谷的云服务器（腾讯云国际 · 硅谷节点），数据传输默认经加密通道（HTTPS / WSS）。
App data is stored on cloud servers in the United States (Tencent Cloud International, Silicon Valley). Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS / WSS) by default.
Profile: the email you register with, plus nickname, avatar, frequency, and gender you provide; when your account is created we assign you a user ID (account identifier) used for authentication and for attributing the content you own. Messages: chat history is kept on your device; a message you send is relayed through our servers and, if the recipient is offline, held there for delivery for at most 7 days, then the text is deleted from the server once delivered; images and voice messages may be kept up to 7 days longer so you can re-download them on another device; plaza posts are stored on our server. Location: collected only when you send it as a message or enable "Show real distance" — we then report an approximate coordinate to compute distance with people on your frequency, and turning it off clears the stored coordinate. Device and diagnostic info: device identifier, system type and version, and IP address, used for crash statistics, push notifications, and security; when a crash or hang occurs we also collect diagnostic information such as app version, build number, system version, device model, and system language (never your account, chat content, or precise location). Purchases: App Store membership subscription receipt and entitlement status. Date of birth: you provide it while completing your profile, and we use it solely to verify your age (this service is for adults aged 18 or older). It is linked to your account and stored on our servers, used only for age verification and minor protection — never for advertising or tracking. It is deleted together with your account if you delete it.
To provide registration, matching, messaging, voice calls, and plaza features; to protect accounts and prevent abuse; to improve the product; and to deliver and validate in-app purchases.

We never sell your personal information and never share it with advertisers. We share only as necessary to provide the service or as required by law, with: Tencent Cloud International (storage & compute); Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen (AI chat / deep-think — conversation text is sent to Alibaba Cloud); Zhipu GLM (image generation — your image description text is sent to Zhipu); Apple system translation (chat translation, may be processed by Apple); Google (sign-in — when you use "Sign in with Google" we receive and verify the identity token and account email provided by Google); WebRTC / TURN (voice calls, signaling and media only); and Apple (payment processing — we never access your payment credentials).
麦克风与相机仅在你发送语音 / 拍照时调用；定位仅在你开启「显示真实距离」或发送位置时调用；通知权限用于消息提醒。以上权限均可随时在系统设置中关闭。
Microphone and camera are used only when you send voice or photos; location only when you enable "Show real distance" or send a location; notifications only for message alerts. All can be disabled anytime in system settings.
账号相关数据保留至你注销账号为止。你可以在 App 内申请注销账号：申请后有 7 天冷静期，期间可随时撤销；冷静期结束后，我们将删除你的账号及个人身份信息（邮箱、手机号、昵称、头像、位置等）。为保持对话与社区的完整性，你已发布的内容（帖子、评论、点赞）将作匿名化处理并保留，不再关联到你的身份（署名显示为「已注销用户」），用于平台统计与合规留档；法律另有最短留存要求的，保留至期限届满后删除。本机聊天记录随卸载删除；服务器上尚未送达的暂存消息最长保留 7 天；已送达消息中的图片、语音等媒体为便于在其他设备上重新下载，最多再保留 7 天。
Account data is kept until you delete your account. You may request account deletion in the app. A 7-day cooling-off period applies, during which you may cancel the request. After it ends, we delete your account and personal identifiers (email, phone, nickname, avatar, location). To preserve the integrity of conversations and the community, content you posted (posts, comments, likes) is anonymized and retained, no longer linked to your identity (authors shown as "Deleted user") for platform statistics and compliance records. Where a minimum statutory retention period applies, data is deleted after it expires. Chat history lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App; messages still awaiting delivery are held on our servers for at most 7 days, and delivered images or voice messages may be kept up to 7 days longer so you can re-download them on another device.
你可随时在「设置」中删除账号、更正资料、关闭定位与通知等权限；如需查阅或导出其他数据，可通过下方联系方式与我们联系。账号删除入口位于 App 内「设置 → 账号安全 → 注销账号」。
You may delete your account, correct your profile, and revoke location or notification permissions anytime in Settings (account deletion: Settings → Account → Delete Account). For access or export of other data, contact us using the details below.
我们不面向不满 18 周岁的未成年人提供服务。若发现误收集了未成年人信息，请联系我们，我们将尽快删除。
The App is not directed to minors under 18. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
本应用面向多个国家和地区提供服务，你的数据主要存储于美国（腾讯云国际 · 硅谷节点）。为提供 AI 帮聊 / 翻译 / 文生图与语音通话等服务，部分数据（如对话内容、语音信令）会交由上条所列的第三方处理（含位于中国的阿里云与智谱 GLM），可能涉及自美国向中国及其他地区的跨境传输。我们仅在服务必需范围内传输，并要求接收方按不低于本政策的标准保护数据。
Your data is primarily stored in the United States (Tencent Cloud International, Silicon Valley). To provide AI chat / translation / image generation and voice calls, certain data (such as conversation text and call signaling) is processed by the third parties listed above (including Alibaba Cloud and Zhipu GLM, located in China), which may involve cross-border transfers from the United States to China and other regions. We transfer only what is necessary and require recipients to protect data to a standard no lower than this policy.
如你位于欧盟 / 英国 / 加州等地区，你依法享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、可携带、反对处理你的个人数据以及撤回同意的权利，并有权向所在地数据保护机构投诉。行使方式：App 内「设置 → 帮助与反馈」，或通过下方联系方式与我们联系，我们将在法定期限内响应。我们处理你数据的法律依据包括：为履行服务合同的必需、你的同意，以及改善服务与保障安全的正当利益。
If you are in the EU / UK / California or another covered region, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent; you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, use in-app Settings → Privacy / Feedback or the contact details below; we will respond within the statutory period. Our legal bases include necessity to perform the service contract, your consent, and our legitimate interests in improving the service and ensuring safety.
除 GDPR / CCPA 外，我们还按下列法律处理你的数据：日本《个人信息保护法》(APPI)、韩国《个人信息保护法》(PIPA)、巴西《通用数据保护法》(LGPD)、阿联酋与沙特《个人数据保护法》(PDPL)、澳大利亚《隐私法》。你可在上述任何辖区通过下方联系方式行使访问、更正、删除、可携带等权利。跨境传输方面，除上节披露外，我们在向中国等地区传输时采用合同或其他合法保障措施（如标准合同条款 / 数据传输协议），并要求接收方提供不低于本政策的保护水平。面向法国消费者的合同文本以中/英文提供；如需法语版请通过下方联系方式联系我们。
In addition to GDPR/CCPA, we process your data under Japan's APPI, Korea's PIPA, Brazil's LGPD, the UAE and Saudi PDPL, and the Australian Privacy Act. You may exercise access, correction, erasure, and portability rights in any of these jurisdictions via the contact below. For cross-border transfers, beyond the disclosure above, we rely on contractual or other lawful safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses / data transfer agreements) when transferring to China and other regions, and require recipients to provide protection no lower than this policy. 我们可能不定期更新本政策，更新后会在本页面发布并同步更新 App 内的政策文本。重大变更将另行通知。
We may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page and reflected in the in-app policy. Material changes will be notified separately.

Android 1.0 版本说明：此版本不销售会员订阅或共振币；同一账号已有的会员权益按服务端状态展示。此版本未开放 AI 对话、AI 头像生成或位置采集。其他平台购买的订阅仍由原购买平台管理和取消。
Android 1.0: This version does not sell memberships or Resonance Coins. Existing membership benefits on the same account are shown according to server records. AI chat, AI avatar generation and location collection are unavailable in this version. Subscriptions purchased on another platform must be managed and cancelled on that platform.
